Good Eats in Montreal

Picture 22

If you ever find yourself hungry in Montreal's Mile End, I would highly recommend Milani, a small Vietnamese restaurant that serves the most delicious soup I have ever tasted to date! (Another specialty would be their subs to-go for three dollars). Today was a perfectly indulgent day spent thrift shopping, enjoying the beautiful weather, eating soup with Scarlett, and admittedly, starting, but failing to finish Sex and the City 2. That movie is racist!

You have such a great style and love how you wear the red lips. That lace top is fab.
SATC2 definitely has to be one of the worst movies!

Hi pretty! Ummm yes to that banh mi! It looks so good!

As for the term lickety split, I always thought it meant to do something faster, "clean your room and do it lickety split!"I love using old people phrases (ex: tomfoolery, whippersnapper, etc.etc.), I think they're so funny!

Also, I'm glad you're using that little html tag--it was practically impossible to write the code out on blogspot but I'm glad it all worked out :)

God, that dress is seriously amazing. You are a thrifting queen!

And I agree that Sex and the City 2 was awful. The most America-centric and racist thing ever with horrible mysogynistic undertones that they try to cover up with generic girl power sentiment and by singing Helen Reddy. I seriously do not understand the hype.

Love your dress so much. Absolutely beautiful & anyone who wears white heels gets kudos from me. Great blog!

Thank you Georgia Rose! I couldn't agree with you more on SAT2. It was so ethnocentric, I felt uncomfortable watching and listening to the crap spewing out of their mouths. It was all wrong!!

Awesome dress! Though I'm impressed you wore white to go and stuff yourself. That could have been an accident waiting to happen!
