Spring is an electrifying time in the city. I find it incredibly distracting. I've been thinking a lot about the summer - last years was a bit of a bust. But this year I'm going in prepared. Four months is a long time...I want them to be incredible! I've collected a few images that inspire. 
I'll be taking four classes at U of T this summer!
Biking EVERYWHERE!
Teaching myself to sew dresses from scratch
Volunteering at the U of T Farmers Market!
Finding the perfect record player and starting a record collection
Seeing lots of great plays and working as an usher.
I also want to swim a lot, play outside, pool hop, dance and get freckles!! And most importantly meet lots of new people, hang out with my brother, my mom and the handful of friends in TO who have a death grip around my heart for realz.

I just want to add...this is a conversation i had with AJ about our summer plans on facebook chats today. 
I know, I know...NO MORE YOU TUBE VIDEOS. The problem is, I lost my camera uploading chord again.
(This video does make me laugh quite a bit though. Its border line disturbing.)

This is to all you Montrealers that are planning on going to the art matters closing party or out at all tonight:
Instead of crawling to your computer tomorrow morning with a bad hangover and coming onto craigslist to post a missed connection about the girl/guy in the plaid dress/shirt with the really tight skirt/pants that you will spend the night staring at how about you try something different and go say hi. It's that easy. It gets me laid every weekend.

I have many goals this summer - One is to find a vintage record player, so I can watch Brenda Lee spin and spin inside it! That sounded way more sexual than I intended.
I put up a video of Bon Iver a few posts back...but I think this is even better.

I looked up the definition on FUNKY.
This is what I got first:
funky - offensively malodorous; "a foul odor"; "the kitchen smelled really funky"
Then...
funky - stylish and modern in an unconventional way; "she likes funky clothes"; "we did it all in black and white in a very funky sixties style"
I will admit I like both definitions to describe this blog.
