My friend Sofia lives in Toronto with three amazing cats and one amazing photographer named Daryl Banks. One day over dinner she said to me "I want to arrange a shoot for you with Daryl. As a present!" We set the date for December 18th - which I decided was also going to be my second birthday, Toronto Stylez. The shoot took place at night, and the day was spent shopping for a dress to wear to said shoot, getting my eyebrows done and eating dinner with my family at my favorite restaurant Rodneys Oyster bar.

These pictures are very special for me. I want to keep them forever and pass them down my future child, who will pass them down to her future child who will pass them down to their child who will say "Thats my great-bubby when she turned 21 for the second time."

Big special thanks to Daryl and Sofia. ** And on another note, to the girl from class heres the documentary I was rambling on about

You look so amazingly beautiful it's unreal. Seriously Jenny! You are beautiful anyway, but it just shows how a good photographer can bring out what all the second-rate photographers can't--personality and life!

I like the simplicity of it- just you against that warm background, so the details of colour and shade(and magnificent brows...I don't really have eyebrows- jealous!) stand out. Lovely keepsake!

I don't do twitter...so i will comment here to the most depressing store.....It was actually woolworths at Lawrence Plaza in North York Toronto,,that was the most depressing to me...(not there anymore-it even had a peculiar depressing smell)
and I guess the walmart at keele and lawrence ,,follows closely..
I have not been to target so looking forward to it..I am not a Buffalo girl...

By the way...the photos of you are stunning, very artistic capture......any of them using your new camera?

Of course (I had no doubt) that you would pick a cool dress for this 'shoot', and was surprised, and happy for you, that people seemed to be floored by your eyebrows (who knew?). As for me, I think your hair also deserves a mention.

Knowing you makes me funky!
