I´ve liked green so far but when I´ve seen this picture... I think that I LOVE GREEN, The ribbon it´s really funny. the last pic is very creative, good job ;)
oh my god, i love it! my 2nd grade teacher told us this story. we all gathered round, and sitting beside her as she read was a mannequin head on a make-shift dummy with a ribbon around its neck. at the end of the story she pulled the ribbon and the head rolled towards us and all the children screamed! you are an excellent story teller by the way, you should do books on tape!
Ah, ok, I just saw the video. ; ) It's funny how a story can stick with you for years. I never owned the book, but the idea was so deliciously macabre!
haha i love this post--perfect for halloween!! i totally remember that story from childhood. i think there was a period in my life where i read a bunch of creepy old ghost stories and this was one of them. what a clever interpretation!
